Please note: Waldschule Helenenschacht is closed from late October to early April. Although our team never stops working to continuously improve your future scouting or camping experience, we take a break from renting out our premises in the colder season. If you would still like to spend a winter weekend or, for example, New Year’s Eve at Waldschule Helenenschacht, please contact our team. Perhaps we can find somebody to open up and show you our wood-burning stoves.

Booking

If you would like to book our house or campsites for your group, please complete our booking form and email it to our team.

Once we have checked your request and everything is settled, we will reply as quickly as possible and ask you to transfer the booking deposit to our account.

By booking our house or campsites, you explicitly agree to our site rules.

The booking process is completed and valid as soon as we have received both your signed booking form and your booking deposit. Our team will send you a confirmation email and enter your dates into our booking calendar.
